GYM 101 Beginners Guide To Mastering The Gym Environment eBook Jeremy Agapitos Matt Barlet Reviews

A super fast read but chocked full of great info for someone looking to go to the gym but feels "lost."
I gave 5 stars because I actually learned quite a few things from this little book. Dispelled a few myths for me and the part about finding a trainer was hugely helpful! If you are new to the gym or looking for one, this should be a big help.
I'm happy to say this book helped me find 'my comfort zone and get excited about fitness'. Something I never thought would happen for me. I'm now fully committed to my regime.
Just purchased and read this E-book, and I really liked how easy it was to cruise through. I am a gym newbie and it supplied me with plenty of "Food" for thought concerning my new gym.
A brief and efficient visit with gym basics. This is a good starting place for anyone curious about gym and motivational fundamentals who isn't ready to invest a great deal of time or money in heavy reading, or anyone made too anxious by gym myths to visit one in person. Jeremy's expertise and obvious comfort with language create a happy middle ground between talk and action.
